REFUND POLICY

DISCLAIMER

Every one of CUATA jewelry collection pieces is handmade, using techniques and finishes of jewelry and artisanal goldsmithing. All CUATA Jewelry orders are produced on demand, as and when a purchase is made (be it wholesale or directly to the customer). All this allows us to remain a personal, small-batch and sustainable brand as much as possible. This also means it may take anywhere between 5 and 10 working days for your purchase to be shipped out of our studio in Zapopan, Jalisco. For these reasons, we do not make refunds of money or credit card payments.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you received your order. If it's been more than 7 days since then, unfortunately, we can't help you. Due to the nature produced on demand of our products, all returns apply only to exchange your part for another equal, from our same store and only in case of having a manufacturing defect. We do not make refundsor chargebacks. Kindly note all items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with tags still attached. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to our studio, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. In turn, CUATA Jewelry will cover the cost of returning the piece in exchange, to the customer at home.

 

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email to ventas@cuatajewelry.com and include:

  1. Your order number, receipt and/or proof of purchase

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email address on the order

  4. Your request

  5. A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item

The most optimal images are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to best assist you with your return and eliminate errors in the future.

 

Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you immediatelyif you apply the  order to replace your part, after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, the  new  part will be returned within the next 10 to 14 days, depending onwhere you live.

 

ALTERATIONS AND REPAIRS

We treat ease of use and comfort in fit with the utmost importance and consider it an important part of who we are. Therefore, we are happy to provide modifications for all our jewelry. Alteration fee is subject to change and will be provided upon request. For all inquiries regarding this matter, please contact ventas@cuatajewelry.com

 

Repairs are approved on a case-by-case basis. If you have a jewelry that needs repair/repair, please send your inquiry to ventas@cuatajewelry.com
